An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is actively in transit.

During periods of high demand, promotions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Order Changes & Address Corrections

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@shopouri.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

While we'll do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost, missing, or stolen, please contact us at support@shopouri.com and we'll gladly assist you in investigating the issue.

We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly, as they often have additional tracking information and claim procedures available.

While Ouri is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment, we will do our best to help resolve the situation and determine whether a replacement may be available based on the circumstances.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use that tracking number at any time on our Track Your Order page to view the latest shipping updates and delivery status.
