After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

Damaged Items

We take great care when packaging every order.

An item is considered damaged if it arrives physically broken, defective, or unusable due to a manufacturing issue.

Minor cosmetic damage to outer packaging during transit (such as dents, creases, or scuffs) does not qualify as product damage if the product itself remains intact and usable.

Our team will review your claim and determine eligibility for a replacement at no additional cost.

We do not provide refunds or replacements for damage resulting from normal use, misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, or general wear and tear.

However, once a package leaves our facility, shipping timelines are subject to the carrier and other factors outside our control.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by:

Ouri is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

If we are not notified within that timeframe and the package is shipped to the address provided during checkout, we cannot guarantee a replacement shipment or refund.
